Shipping & Returns

We can not accept the returns if the products doesn't have any quality problems! If the items did have any quality problem ,please tell us the situtation within 3 days your received  the products! 

 

1.Firstly, you need to email us and explain the problem about the product in details with your order number,and email us the photos of the broken products. We will process and give you answer  and offer you our shipping address as soon as possible.

 

2.The products are in good condition without any damage, flaws, stain, scratch, washes. Make sure they are still packed with all attachments such as tags, waterproof paper, packing bag, etc.

 

3.When you package the product, please make sure they are properly packed before posting. After you send it out, please give us the shipping number within five days. We will not take the responsibility of missing package.

 

4.We will evaluate all the return after your demand. We will check the return after receive and it need about 7-14 days to process. Please note that it will take about 20 business days to complete the return.

 

5.For exchange service, please follow the above process first. If the price of replaced handbag is different from the original one, the supplement of bill is needed. 

 

We supply global shopping on our online store. It usually takes 24-48 hours to prepare and send out your products after receive your payment. We will send you confirmation email comes with shipping number. You can track your good in the following days. And we also keep an eye on the package condition. Under normal circumstances, it needs about 7-15 business days to reach your door.

 

Please note, the shipping may takes 7-15 working days in case of rest days, holidays, severe weather or customs inspection. We will ship the goods through DHL, EMS. You can visit their official website to check the whereabouts of the parcel.

 

Package may be missed, delayed or not sent out for the following reasons:

 

*Incorrect shipping or unspecific address

 

*The order is in the process of credit card verification.

 

*The product you ordered is out of stock.

 

*Customized product takes longer time to make.
